Show leave balance end of year on Leave Entitlement page

Hi there!

I am wondering if it would be possible to add an indicator on the user Entitlement page that will show how many leave days the user has remaining at the end of a leave year. (for us this is 31st December)

At the moment it only shows the total Annual Leave up to the current date. Because our pilots are rostered for extra days in the future (this will be annotated onto the roster by using the AL function in shift codes) it is difficult for the user to check what his/her balance will look like at the end of the leave year.

At the moment only our rosterers can see this balance, either by means of running a report or to set the roster to 1st January of the following year and use the View Details function when clicking on a users name.

It would save time and provide a clear overview for our pilots if it would be  possible to redirect this  information to the Entitlement page.
