Automatically Assign Exams when approaching expiry on Recency Item

When the recency item attached to an exam hits the caution window, it would be good if the exam attached to that recency item was to self-assign to the staff member. This can be exceptionally helpful when training personnel are tied up with in-field training or are away.

At the moment, it requires training/safety personnel to identify recency items expiring and then manually assign the appropriate exam to those staff members.
