Make the "Operational Risk Assessment" column header in Flight Records an optional item.

I can change which items appear as column headers in the Flight Record register, but I can’t get rid of the “Operational Risk Assessment” as a column header. We don’t use this, and I’d like it to be hidden/removed from the Register (to be made visible again later if needed), so we can make room for other column headers that are more useful/relevant for our needs.
