Leave entitlements per leave type

Many countries have laws that set the amount of leave an employee is entitled to based on the leave type, for example:

• 21 days of annual leave per year
• 5 days of sick leave per year
• 3 days of compassionate leave per year

I would like to see a table in the leave setup that is automatically populated by active leave shift codes in the roster. Users should be able to set an allowance for each leave type and also to combine leave types for the purpose of the allowance (e.g. annual + compassionate leave = 21 days per year).

It would also be helpful to allow some automation in the entitlements, for example, a person may be entitled to 21 days of annual leave a year but may only carry over a maximum of 7.
