Create a response portal for external assignment of actions

It is not currently possible to assign an action to a person outside of the company using Air Maestro without creating a user profile for them. Assigning actions externally is a process that is followed for most external audits.

I would like to see the functionality to assign actions to an email address. This should generate an email with the action request and any previous discussion recorded. The email should like to a basic portal where the requestee can enter their name and company (which would ideally be stored as a cookie), and respond to the action in a text box.

This should also include the new functionality in 3.3 which allows the requestee to fill in the root cause, remedial action and corrective actions. This would require the details in I-100 so that the email notification is generated whenever a new response is entered.
