We would like to use the Alert System as a way to send out Memo's and Bulletins to our staff. Would you be able to create a MEMO or BULLETIN category drop down and set up an automatic sequencing number function? This will take away the manual process of creating a MEMO and keeping a number register.

This can also be partially achieved using a combination of the doc library and manual alerts. Please follow up with the helpdesk for assistance with setting this up.
