Some operators have requested the ability to include department roles when setting up shift validation rules.
This would allow rules such as requiring two captains and two co-pilots to be on duty at a base on any given day.
It would also be helpful to have this information in the personnel info box available when right-clicking on a person's name in the roster and have the person's job title appear when hovering over their name.

Can you please take a look at the crew validation extension in the release notes for v3.2 and see if that meets your needs? We think that this combined with the personnel notes in the roster should do what you're after.
