Mandatory fields on check forms

When completing Check Forms, we have come across radio buttons that were missed and not completed, yet the form was still able to be closed and signed off.

It would help greatly if there was an option when creating check forms , to make each field/item mandatory to be completed/ticked, before the form can be signed off.

When creating a form that falls under the form register, there are options to create a certain item mandatory for completion.
