Making Read and Understood more visible on landing page

Recently conducting a few  audits. The Auditors from WFP and Bars would like to see the Read and Understood more visible when reading notices. 

I have marked with red stars in attached image. Perhaps the first one* can be made red and bold and the second *be made a little bigger and in bold.
