Email alert for Sign-Off Personnel (Audit Report)

Hi Air Maestro Team,

We (MAI) are having some issue on getting email alert for Sign-Off Personnel in quality audit report. Please kindly refer to the attached file.

Though, I selected Sign-off Personnel (QA Manger , the case) and request for sign-off, email alert haven't came out on requested person.

Would appreciate for your favorable advice.
