Create Reoccurring Aircraft Maintenance Events

Lots of maintenance events are required to be performed periodically, eg every 50 hours, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.

Once one of these reoccurring events has been marked completed it should create the next one to be performed, instead of the user having to create a new one again
