When you submit a form, be taken straight back to Form Register

Currently when you click "Submit Form", it still keeps you in that form and requires another click to go "Back to Register". It would be great if submitting the form took you automatically back to the Form Register, like the Finish Later button does.

Being able to duplicate fields and groups in forms and safety reports

When a form is printed/PDFd, include the Form Number on it

If the Form Number could be included on the printout of the form, it would enable quicker matching of records.
